These beautiful, aromatic seasonings are packed with flavor, and they taste absolutely delicious on some lamb chops. You can be sitting down to a beautiful meal in less than 20 minutes. So take that, take out menu!!
The one thing I love about this Indian spiced meal is how quick and easy it is to prepare. No long simmers or marinades.
Now, some health benefit information about that one aromatic seasoning called cumin- its’ ability to aid in digestion, help with  insomnia, respiratory disorders, asthma, bronchitis, anemia and cancer. Hmm, not bad for a tasty nights meal.
