I enjoy cooking organic, healthy food that can be prepared quickly. The purpose of this blog is to share my passion for good food that can be enjoyed with friends and family. I was born and raised in the Czech Republic and learned to cook only with organic ingredients. As a child I enjoyed watching my mom and her executive chef brother cook and I picked up a few tricks from them. Everyone is so busy these days that I put the focus on meals that can be prepared quickly but with fresh ingredients.
