Weekend Meal on a Weekday

Why do people think that the weekend breakfast can only be prepared on the weekend? Most are so simple and delicious and require basically no prep time. Take this traditional breakfast “treat”, Everything bagel toasted with cream cheese and lox, CAN YOU SAY QUICK AND YUM?!?!
If you have a toaster, which most people have, and if you do not, please go to your store and purchase one, they are not that expensive, a knife and a plate you are set! Easy right? And you thought you could not cook, Huh!
When I buy cream cheese I buy the plain cream cheese. No lot-fat or fat-free, just plain old cream cheese. I only use it sparingly about 1 tablespoon for the whole bagel. Just enough to provide that creamy taste, calcium and protein. Purchase some lox (cured salmon) which is so delicious and packed with flavor and Omega-3 (Hello happy heart dance!!!) There, you are set for a tasty, delicious and healthy breakfast that will keep you satisfied for hours.
This breakfast or lunch or dinner will take you about 2 minutes to prepare, less time than for you to say you do not have time to prepare a healthy and delicious meal. So plug in that toaster and Enjoy!!
