I only use it sparingly about 1 tablespoon for the whole bagel. Just enough to provide that creamy taste, calcium and protein. Purchase some lox (cured salmon) which is so delicious and packed with flavor and Omega-3 (Hello happy heart dance!!!) There, you are set for a tasty, delicious and healthy breakfast that will keep you satisfied for hours.This breakfast or lunch or dinner will take you about 2 minutes to prepare, less time than for you to say you do not have time to prepare a healthy and delicious meal.
