Banana Walnut Bread

Whenever I have bananas that have become too ripe I decide that it’s a good time to put them to use and make a tasty Banana Walnut bread. Banana bread is a great treat to make and give to your friends or just to make and have for yourself at home. You can slice it and freeze the individual pieces and just take them out when you are in the mood for a sweeter bread. Since I love nuts I added them on top to give the bread a bit of a crunch. You could fold them into the batter, but the nuts on top give it a festive look. So, next time your bananas start to look brown, instead of throwing them out, make a banana bread! Enjoy!
