Nasturtium, The beautiful, edible flower
Equipment
- Salad bowl
- Cutting Board
- Knife
- grill (for bread)
Ingredients
- 2 cups mixed greens of your choice
- 1/4 cup Nasturtium flowers
- 4 pieces grapes sliced in half
- 2 tablespoons dried cranberries
- to taste organic extra virgin olive oil
- to taste salt
- to taste freshly ground pepper
Instructions
- Place the first 4 ingredients (mixed greens, Nasturtium flowers, sliced grapes, and dried cranberries) in a salad bowl.
- Toss the salad with organic extra virgin olive oil.
- Season with salt and freshly ground pepper to taste.
- Serve with some grilled bread.
