Cajun Chicken

In celebration of “Fat Tuesday” this is a spicy chicken recipe that has a nice “kick” to it. But you can enjoy this anytime. I made this whole meal with the Mardi Gras colors in mind, purple, green and yellow. I made purple mashed potatoes for the purple, green beans for the green and chicken for the yellow.

This is a quick meal to prepare and full of flavor. Let me know your comments if you make this recipe and as always, enjoy!
