High rates of high blood pressure and obesity are putting people at risk for heart disease. Sadly, half of all Americans have at least one of the top three risk factors (high blood pressure, high blood cholesterol, and smoking) for heart disease.  For some, besides the smoking,  is genetic while  others from poorly made life choices. Ways to help improve your health are rather basic. Eat healthier, load up your plate with more vegetables (not fried), eat more fruit, move your body and if you smoke, QUIT! You should speak with your health care team before starting any of these changes to assure you go about this in the healthiest way possible for you.
