Ingredients
  

  • 2 large Bananas Mashed ripe bananas are best.
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup Walnuts Chopped
  • 1/2 cup Chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp Baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1/4 cup Vegetable oil

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
  • Add the brown sugar, egg, and vegetable oil to the mashed bananas. Mix well.
  • In another bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix thoroughly.
  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
  • Fold in the walnuts and chocolate chips gently into the batter.
  • Grease a muffin tin or use muffin liners and fill each muffin cup with the batter.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into a muffin comes out clean.
  • Let the muffins cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

These muffins are best enjoyed fresh but can be stored in an airtight container for a few days.
