The Most Amazingly Moist Salmon Fillet

OMG, and I mean OMG, I have never made a salmon fillet as moist, flavorful and fat free as this! If you like citrus and salmon you are in heaven!. Add in some heat and even better. But with the marinading time the heat is really turned down but the flavors are turned way up! You really can not get any easier than this for an amazing recipe. It is so easy and basic that it will blow your mind. There is no butter, no oil, no fat; just lime juice, cilantro, jalapeno peppers and salt, that's it. But you will need a non-stick skillet. And I am sure you already have a few of those. I believe the secret to this recipe is the freshness of the fish and the marinading time. Usually when you marinade salmon it is for about 20 minutes. But for this recipe I let it sit in the fridge for 2 hours. They say not to leave it marinading for more than 2 hours but I just hit it on the spot. What I love is  not only the amazing melt-in-your-mouth salmon, but the no fat added. You just sear it for 3 minutes on one side and then 2 minutes on the other and you have an amazing meal. Serve it with some salad of your choice or just by itself. So healthy and nutritious for you. Salmon is a huge "talk of the town" right now. Why? Well, because it is so full of anti-oxidants,  omega fats and protein that make our hearts healthy and our brains  more aware. As I mentioned above, once prepared, following this recipe, it takes away a lot of that "fishy" salmon taste for those that oppose to salmon. But please try this, not only will your heart thank you but you will be preparing it again very soon. And as always, Enjoy!
