Lamb Chops are very tasty meal that is very quick to prepare and so versatile with ingredients you can use to compliment them. This is a sweeter version using natural sweeteners like honey and grapes. The white wine also gives it a fruity taste that balances all of the flavors.Lamb has been consumed for thousands of years, especially in the Mediterranean. It has a little bit of an acquired taste, but one I do enjoy. It is a red meat that has the least amount of fat. Lamb is high in omega 3 fatty acids, (which are good for your heart), folate, vitamin B12 and other vitamins of the B complex family.
