This is  butternut squash season, so please do enjoy! This tasty, sweet, colorful and healthy squash is in abundance this time of the year. Just walk into any grocery store or Farmers market and there is squash everywhere. How can one resist these beautiful and tasty veggies?
Butternut squash is packed with so many nutrients such as beta -carotene, vitamin A, vitamin C, potassium and fiber. But your taste buds only care about the taste, and this will surely make them happy!!!
This is a great one pot meal to prepare that will serve about 8 people. It has such a creamy texture and a nice combination of sweet and savory. Using organic ground turkey will also provide the good for you B vitamins, lean protein and taste that everyone will enjoy.
