Ingredients
  

  • 1 artichoke Artichoke Fresh, whole artichoke.

Instructions
 

  • Fill a pot with water and bring it to a boil.
  • Add a steamer basket to the pot once the water is boiling.
  • Place the artichoke in the steamer basket and cover the pot.
  • Steam the artichoke for about 30 minutes, until the leaves can be easily pulled off.
  • Remove from steam and let cool before serving.

Notes

Artichokes can be served hot or cold with dips.
