Apple Ginger Spinach Smoothie
Ingredients: Serves 1
- 1 Granny Smith Apple, with skin, cored and cut into chunks
- 2 handfuls of fresh organic spinach
- 1/2 inch piece peeled, fresh ginger, cut into small pieces (about 1 tablespoon)
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup ice cubes, about 6

Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth
