A healthy breakfast is very important for the start of your day. You can make a sweet and healthy treat and not get those low crashes within an hour. This meal will keep you full for hours and also provide protein, vitamins, calcium, vitamin D, vitamin C, potassium and anti-oxidants. The drizzle of honey is optional, but it does taste very pleasant.
All you need are strawberries, bananas, Greek yogurt, granola and honey. You just slice the fruit and create layers in a 6-8 ounce glass or bowl. If you are feeling rushed, just mix it all in a bowl and go! Very simple yet very healthy. Now go conquer the day! And as always, Enjoy!
