With so many people trying to cut back on “red meat”, turkey meatballs will provide a great tasting alternative to the traditional “red meat” meatballs without sacrificing any taste. In reality, beef does not have any more flavor than turkey when it comes to the meatballs. It’s all in the seasoning you use. The difference is really the fat content. But even though many would argue that fat adds flavor, with these beauties you can still have amazing flavor without all of the fat.
This is a very easy recipe and you can just add it to your favorite sauce and type of pasta you prefer, no rules here.
Turkey is a great alternative to beef meat because it contains so much less fat. So, if you are on a restricted diet or just want to cut back on fat content, this is a perfect, quick and easy recipe. And here is a great tip, if you want to make extra and freeze for a later time to enjoy your meal, just make some extra meatballs, freeze and then pop out what you need for that day.! Can this be any easier?
