Indian Spice Lamb Chops
Ingredients: Serves 2
- 2 lamb chops
- 1 teaspoon olive oil plus 1 teaspoon for brushing chops
- 1/2 tablespoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 clove crushed garlic
- 2 lemon wedges
Preheat non-stick skillet and add 1 teaspoon oil. In a small bowl add cumin, turmeric, paprika and garlic. Brush chops with olive oil and rub mixture into chops on both sides. When skillet is hot add the chops and sear for 4 minutes each side. Serve with lemon and rice.
