Prosciutto Wrapped Shrimp With Watermelon And Basil

It’s in the high 80’s and you don’t really feel like cooking anything that will create much heat in the kitchen  but you still want something nutritious, and great tasting. Hmm, what shall you make? How about some prosciutto (Italian ham)wrapped shrimp served with a cool and refreshing watermelon and basil? You get both savory and sweet that is satisfying but not heavy. And, the sweet part, it’s ready in under 10 minutes! Less time than ordered take-out.

Let’s face it, with the hot weather, working a busy day and coming home to more duties, who wants to spend endless time in a hot kitchen? This meal is full of protein, vitamins, delicious, complimentary flavors that will have you eating in no time-less than 10 minutes. Now  who doesn’t have ten minutes to create this meal. What’s great about this recipe is that you can create this for an appetizer for your next party. But you better make extra, because they will go very fast! Enjoy!
