I normally do not eat sandwiches, but when I do, I enjoy making them with a buttery croissant. They are so moist, tender and flaky, who couldn’t resist? So to counter the calories, I made it with a slice of cooked ham, some delicious Swiss cheese, English cucumber and for that crunch, organic pea shoots.
I love these crunchy greens! They are high in vitamin C, provide 2 grams of fiber and taste like fresh picked peas. They are a great alternative to lettuce. No need to add anything else but to just enjoy!
Yum!!!
