All this week I am substituting solid breakfast food for various fruit smoothies. There is no special reason, I just enjoy changing things up a bit.
These protein fruit smoothies take under 5 minutes to prepare and they are great for on the go breakfast, meal replacement or just a snack. They provide vitamins, nutrients, protein and best of all, great taste.
I do not endorse any particular brand of protein mix so it’s best if you select the one that is right for you. I just recommend you select one that is high in protein and very low in sugar. The fruit will add natural sugar for you.
Making these smoothies is also a great way to add in some of your daily intake of fruits, fiber and protein.
