Happy New Year!

Happy New Year Everyone! All the best for a healthy, prosperous and Happy New Year. I hope everyone had a beautiful holiday and is ready for the New Year.

This holiday season I was fortunate to spend time with family and friends and therefore I had baked many holiday cookies to share. I also ate more cookies in one week than I ever did in two years!  Yes, I know cookies are not the most healthy food to eat, but if you allow yourself to eat some on occasion, you will be much happier and less stressed.

So as most of us, now there are New Years resolutions that most of us will try to reach. One of those being, weight loss, joining or going to a gym and healthier eating. I just say, don’t stress. Do one goal at a time and make it realistic.

Since my blog is about healthier eating choices I hope this will help you in making better food choices. Best way to remember is nothing out of a box, can or package. Anything that grows from the ground, on a tree or comes from the water or land is best.  To some it may sound complicated or more difficult but really, it’s not. The meals I post on the blog are very quick and simple to prepare. And please note, if you find a recipe you would like to try but have any questions, just ask me. I will be more than happy to answer.

So let’s all start this year on a more healthy note and take little steps to make bigger progresses in our lives!
