Heirloom Tomato and Lemon Stuffed Branzino

Heirloom Tomato and Lemon Stuffed Branzino

There are so many different ways you can prepare fresh fish, broiling, frying, pan frying, baking or poaching. But I have to say, my favorite is baking. It’s so quick and easy and it really brings out the flavor of the fish.

You may bake the fish just plain with some butter, olive oil and season with salt and pepper or you may stuff the cavity of the fish with just about any vegetable you have on hand. I had heirloom tomatoes, garlic, fresh chives and lemon. Served it with some beautiful frisee salad and fresh lemon. Baked it in a 450 degree preheated oven and dinner was ready in 25 minutes! Now how easy is that? Enjoy!

Yes, baked fish takes no time at all, plus it’s so healthy that way.
