Spicy Chicken Sausage with Fennel, Petite Peas and Jasmine Rice
This is a great meal to prepare when you just want to have some sweet and spicy. If you do not like spicy just use mild flavored chicken sausage.
I just sliced 1/2 cup fennel, 1/4 cup white onion a clove of garlic and two chicken sausages. Placed them in a hot skillet with 2 tablespoons of heated olive oil . Salted to season. Cooked over medium/low heat for about 8 minutes. Added the petite peas and cooked rice. Covered and cooked another two minutes and you are done! Enjoy!
