  2. Thank you! No, they are not hard to make, just time consuming. You have to bake three separate batters, then layer them and then press down with a heavy even object so they stick together . Cool in the fridge and then frost and allow to cool again. It took about half the day before being able to serve. Although, well worth the wait!
